Relic sites and cultural spaces around Hanoi’s Old Quarter in Hoan Kiem District will feature various activities imbued with traditional Tet (Lunar New Year Festival) characteristics, including the erection of a “Neu” tree (New Year's tree) and decorations with 12 zodiac animals, and introducing Tet spaces of Hanoians, calligraphy displays, and traditional art performances.
