The security situation is rapidly deteriorating in Haiti, pushing this Caribbean country into a serious crisis and forcing the government to declare a state of emergency and nighttime curfew. The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) calls on all political actors in Haiti to have a broad dialogue to resolve the situation and prevent the risk of destabilising the region.
