The National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control has proposed the Prime Minister earmark over 5 trillion VND (208.3 million USD) to support 30 provinces affected by disasters and help relocate households in disaster-prone areas, heard a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai in Hanoi on October 23.
