The Ho Guom Opera of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) was unveiled in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at a ceremony in Hanoi on July 9. It will be a venue for political, cultural, and artistic events of the Party, State, MPS, and Hanoi and act as an international convention centre.
