Vietnam's economy has always considered agriculture as a pillar. However, the agricultural economics has not fully realised its potential, particularly in large-scale and high-tech agriculture. The Land Law 2024, which was recently approved by the National Assembly and took effect on August 1, 2024, is expected to unlock resources for agricultural real estate, providing additional support to advance the agricultural economics to a higher level.
